Smokin’ & Sizzling Barbecue at New Town Creek, IOW for the Lymington Town Sailing Club. We took the barrels & little Oklahoma Joe smoker and cooked up a camp style, afternoon BBQ featuring our house chicken, Comanche Texan hot link sausage and pulled pork. This was followed by a late night brisket campfire chilli & 5 bean veggie chilli for those still up and enjoying the fantastic location and stunning sunset. Breakfast was smoked back bacon buns and a campfire veggie hash.

We had our new Nomadic stretch tent out for the first time to shelter from the odd shower and look forward to putting it up at other events throughout the summer.

What a great weekend and probably the best Barbecue spot in the WORLD!
