Simple answer is better quality from local suppliers, all of which use local produce, which then supports the local economy and helps all of us small folk survive and flourish.

Our Butchers have years of experience working with the local farmers and abattoirs, always sourcing the best animals and cuts, not just for us but for the local community aswell.

We use a small handful of butchers at any given time picking the best produce the season has to offer, when some suppliers have better chicken 🐓, others will have perfect pork or beef. Together they always provide the best and always on time and with a smile.
